Public-records requests on Rhinoceros Media follow a two-stage flow. Not-requested entries are drafts we want to file but can't yet cover the agency fee for; readers can sponsor these. Once funded, we file the request and track the agency's response here through to received documents.

Records that come back are published here regardless of who paid the fee.
